POLICY AND REGULATIONS

In order to avoid overbooking of accommodations, the school recommends that students apply as early as possible.

1. The apartment bedrooms are generally double (2 single beds in the same room). Single rooms are limited and therefore not guaranteed. It is advisable to reserve single rooms well in advance. If you ask for a single room and your request cannot be met, the school will automatically book a bed in a double room at the cost of a double room.

2. Rent period begins the day before classes start and ends the day after the last day of classes.

3. If, for any reason, a student decides to leave her/his accommodation before the end of the pre-agreed rental period, she/he must give the owner and the school 2 (two) weeks notice ; otherwise the housing deposit will not be returned.

4. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the academic term if there are no damages caused by students' negligence.

5. The school reserves the right to change the accommodation assigned (if there is a housing conflict) at any time prior to the student's arrival.
